Always trying to catch that cast performance for sync production sound, and I think it’s possible with the right mindset and the right gear!

Before I went to Filmschool in 1995 in Amsterdam I studied electronics, when I graduated in 1999 for Sounddesign and Production Sound Recording I started with my fist feature, after that I did a lot of sound stuff, sound designing for feature, documentary recording and postproduction, commercial advertisement.

Since 2004 I focused on feature Production Sound Recording. Did a lot of International film projects in Europe, some in the USA, and many other places and circumstances. I am also cinema audio society member

Favorite DPA Microphones

The SCO60-H Heavy Duty 4060 Omnidirectional Microphone, Hi-Sens is the perfect mike for spotfx, interior car recording, and hide away mike for big shots. Easy to mount, to use and it sounds amazing. In cars I rig 3 of them on the top ceiling and there is no mounting issue for 'big' mikes, not in the frame and it sounds super!!
