As Art Director with DPA Microphones, you will be an integral part of our HQ marketing team, reporting directly to the VP Marketing. Your mission is to set the creative direction for the DPA brand, ensuring that our visual identity aligns seamlessly with our rich history of innovation and excellence. Collaborating closely with our HQ marketing team and colleagues in different countries, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the perception of DPA Microphones across the globe.
- Brand Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling visual brand strategy that reflects DPA Microphones' values, innovation, and industry leadership.
- Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire the creative team to produce visually stunning and cohesive materials that resonate with our target audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing colleagues across different countries to ensure consistency in our global brand messaging and creative execution.
- Content Creation: Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogs, advertisements, packaging, and digital assets.
- Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent use of DPA Microphones' visual identity across all touchpoints.
- External Partnerships: Manage relationships with some external partners and freelancers for specific creative projects, ensuring their work aligns with DPA's brand vision.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our visuals remain cutting-edge.
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects, Premiere pro).
- Experience with film recording, film editing, and photography is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Creative thinking and the ability to innovate within design challenges.
- Experience in the audio or technology industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
