We are looking for a new creative colleague to join our enthusiastic marketing team, to deliver effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creatives for all channels. More specifically a Digital Designer who has a passion for graphic design and creativity. Our new designer will be reporting to the Art Director and working closely with the Marketing VP, Copywriter, and Digital Marketing team.
About the job
- Support creative strategies in the development of campaigns and creative concepts.
- Produce graphics for newsletters, web, and print.
- Ensure that all visual content aligns with our brand identity and guidelines.
- Build and design presentations for internal and external stakeholders, as well as for webinars.
- Development and editing of video and motion graphics.
- Optimize digital assets for a variety of platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals and user experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: You have +3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating skills in graphic design, brand identity, illustration, and other relevant areas.
- Design Applications: You master Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, InDesign).
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills to develop engaging and original content.
- Graphic Design: You have strong graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics and visual details.
- Motion Graphics: Ability to create engaging animations, video, and motion graphics is an advantage.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is key.
- Understand Business Goals: You can understand and translate business objectives into effective design that enhances the user experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends, design best practices, AI, and have a passion for trying out new tools and ways of doing things.
- Portfolio: You have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects (please send a link to your portfolio in your application).

This position involves a significant amount of graphic design tasks. Before we invite you to an interview, we will ask you to complete a brief task. You will be working from our office in Kokkedal, north of Copenhagen and the position is 22-30 hours/week.
