Loudness to dialog ratio, LDR

In cinematic content, defined as the difference between Program and Dialog Loudness (LDR = PL − DL). The recommended LDR for broadcasting cinematic content is ≤5 LU. (Reference: EBU TECH 3343: Guidelines for production of programmes in accordance with EBU R 128.)
