Vector-Based Amplitude Panning, VBAP

A methodology applied to immersive audio reproduction. VBAP is a method for accurately positioning virtual sound sources in a multi-channel loudspeaker array. It works by calculating the minimum number of loudspeakers required to create a sharp, localized sound, then adjusting the signal gain to these speakers based on their position relative to the virtual source.
