A soft rubber miniature microphone holder used to mount lavalier on a violin, viola, cello or double bass. 

The holder should be mounted between the tailpiece and the bridge. It can be turned upwards or downwards so that the mic will be placed either over or under the strings, depending on the desired sound color or sound level. The lavalier is secured by its cable in a little clip, while the holder itself has a firm grip on two strings of the instrument with small hooks. 

It is compatible with many DPA miniature microphones, including the 4060 CORE & CORE+ Series Omni Miniature Lavalier Microphone (4060/4061/4062/4063/4071), the 6060 Series Subminiature Lavalier Microphones (6060/6061), and the 2061 Omnidirectional Miniature Microphone. 

It is sold in a set of five pieces.
